Return and Exchange Request
- Please complete this form for exchanges and returns within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned unworn and in original condition with the label swing tags still attached within 14 days.
- We request that you return the items in a courier bag from your local post office or Courier Depot and request a tracking number.
- If the items are lost in transit, we cannot offer you a refund.
- Once we receive the goods back for inspection, we will contact you and any refunds will be processed to the card you used for your purchase online.
Exchange Items – Needing a different size?
- There may be a price difference for the Items you are exchanging so you will be emailed a new Order/Invoice for payment and freight delivery charges.
- Payment will need to be confirmed before we send out your exchange items.
- This can be paid online via our e-way Payment Gateway for Visa/Mastercard or we can accept payments via Internet Banking.
Refunds – once approved
Refunds can only be made to the original card used for your online purchase and we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
